1. About us

CUNUCU is a small handcraft business based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to all purchases made through cunucu.nl. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: shop@cunucu.nl.

2. Products

All products are handmade to order. Because each item is crafted individually, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects.

Product photos are representative — colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment instructions are sent after your order is confirmed.

For custom orders, production only begins once a quote has been accepted and payment has been arranged.

4. Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example if a product is no longer available or a pricing error occurred).

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to local import duties or taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier collects your order from us.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless the product is:

• Made to your personal specifications (custom orders)
• Clearly personalised

To exercise this right, email us at shop@cunucu.nl before the 14-day period expires. You cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

7. Custom orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for the right of withdrawal once production has started. You will receive a quote before production begins; accepting the quote constitutes your agreement to proceed.

8. Warranty and defects

Under Dutch law (Article 7:17 BW) products must conform to the purchase agreement. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of CUNUCU and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
